How to ask questions (VERY IMPORTANT)
Make sure to provide as much detail as you can. Asking questions like "it does not work" is not very helpful so always be mindful to provide as much information as possible i.e. screenshots, error messages and if possible the steps to reproduce if you encountered an error.

This is very important as support is something that takes a lot of resources from the development team which could be spent making the platform better. Always be mindful when asking questions and if your customer says something is not working make sure you have got as much information as possible from them before making a post in the help section.

Want to discuss something?
If you need feedback or want to open a general discussion with the community and the EMR team you can post in the discussions section. The community is and will be a big part of the platform and it's important that everyone becomes active and participates. This will help you grow, learn new skills and increase your motivation in scaling those sales.

If you want to sync reviews from a site that is not currently supported you can request our team to build an integration by making a post here.
