Welcome to the EmbedMyReviews community!

To organise and communicate things better we have now centralised everything into one platform. 

Roadmap, updates, training, guides and discussions are all now available in one place.

This also means support requests are now also handled via public posts so that this becomes a searchable knowledge base overtime and avoids a lot of repetitive questions we were getting via chat (stopping us from working on features).

Direct chat requests can still be made but should be used only when needed for private communication. This will allow us to focus more on improving the platform by building features and improving the user experience. 

To get the most out of EmbedMyReviews it is important to be an active member of this community and use the resources we provide to get started quickly as well as generate more revenue.
